City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Day Porter to join our expanding team in the Stockton area!
For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
Windowsill cleaning
De-webbing of building and doorways
Assisting in light maintenance work
Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)
Sanitizing
Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Must have reliable transport to work.
Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 - 30 lbs. overhead
Ability to work independently; self-motivated
Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests.
Clean and neat appearance
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
